Business Conditions
1. ORDER
- To be able to order tickets register at: https://shop.eticketpro.sk/login.asp
- To buy a ticket click on TICKET sign next to the chosen event at: www.e-ticketpro.sk
- Use the shopping basket to execute the order.
- Orders are definite; tickets cannot be returned or exchanged.
- It is possible to purchase a maximum of 10 tickets in one order.
- Should the tickets be ordered by mail, delivery is in accordance with the rules of Slovenská pošta, s.p.. Ticketpro does not accept any liability for late delivery or non-delivery.
- Ticketpro reserves the right to cancel or change offered discounts in the Ticketpro network at any time without declaring the reason.
Group Bookings
Group bookings should be addressed to the Ticketpro Central (e-mail: ticket@etickepro.sk; fax: +421 2 5262 1843).
2. PURCHASE
On-line payment via credit cards
This offer is conditional on the use of:
- VISA, MasterCard, VISA Electron cards (provided the issuing bank has covered the card by the 3D-Secure system)

Important notes:
- You will be asked to insert the controlling code when using your card.
- The control code is also called the CVC-Card Validation Code for MasterCard and the CVV-Card Validation Value for Visa. The CVC is a three-digit code and it is printed on the back of the card in the signature stripe (the last 3 digits).
- Do not put any gaps in the card number.
- Orders are binding; the tickets can be neither returned nor changed.
- The tickets may be ordered by the credit card owner only. Payments using somebody else's cards are not allowed. Also, it is not possible to pay on the behalf of others.
- During the working days your order will be carried out within 24 hours after the successful payment transaction. During the weekend or national holidays your order will be carried out the following working day after the successful payment transaction.
On-line payment via TatraPay

In the case of payment via the internet using a credit card the purchaser will receive the following confirmation e-mails:
1) An "Acknowledgement of the receipt of the order" will be sent after successful completion of the order.
2) An "Order confirmation" will be sent following the payment.
Note:
The confirmation e-mails are sent to the e-mail address given in the contact address (address for delivery). If the address is given incorrectly or technical problems occur on the side of the user, Ticketpro shall not be held liable for the non-delivery of these e-mails.
3. DELIVERY:
Post:
- Within SK – Tickets can be bought minimum 8 (eight) days prior to the event. There are two possible ways of delivery: 1st class mail (without insurance) for 1,50 Eur or as a stamp stationery (insured consignment) for 2,50 Eur.
- Within Europe (except Malta) - Tickets can be bought minimum 40 (forty) days prior to the event. The order is sent as a stamp stationery (insured consignment) and the delivery fee is 7 Eur.
Note:
- Orders to be delivered outside Europe may not be ordered on-line; only via the Ticketpro Central (e-mail: ticket@eticketpro.sk, fax: +421 2 5262 1843)
- Tickets paid by credit cards are not sent to PO Box addresses.
- Should the tickets be ordered by mail, delivery is in accordance with the rules of Slovenská pošta, s.p.. Ticketpro does not accept any liability for late delivery or non-delivery.
E-TICKET
- Tickets can be bought 2 business days before the Event at the latest.
- Tickets bought in this way can be printed by the user at home or wherever he/she has access to a printer (On "Confirmation of your payment", the user will receive instructions on how to print out his/her E-TICKET).
- E-TICKET is a ticket with a unique bar code which will be checked by a bar code reader before the client is allowed to enter the venue.
- After the barcode has been read the ticket cannot be used again. Admission shall only be allowed to the first holder of the ticket that is presented for scanning by the bar code reader. Any attempt to present the ticket or a copy of it again, regardless of who presents the ticket, will be disregarded, and entry shall be refused.
Note:
- In order to be able to print the E-TICKET, the user needs to enter the system using the same user name and password as used when ordering the ticket.
- In order to be able to print the E-TICKET, the user needs a program for printing documents in PDF format (for ex. Adobe Acrobat Reader).
- The E-TICKET service is offered only for selected Events. If the service is offered, the user will be automatically informed during his/her purchase.
- Ticketpro shall not be held liable for any difficulties caused by unauthorized copying of the E-TICKET.
- Please keep the ticket in a safe place.For the entire transaction, the amount of 0,50 Eur is charged for delivery via E-Ticket
M-TICKET
- Tickets must be purchased at least 2 workdays before the event takes place.
- M-TICKET has a 2D code in the mobile phone that will be checked by a data reader after it is shown upon entering the venue, and based on this the ticket holder will be admitted to the event.
After the ticket is read, the 2D code can no longer be used. Entrance will be admitted only on the basis of the 2D code that is shown and checked by the data reader first. In case the 2D code will be shown again, entrance to the event will not be admitted, regardless of who showed the ticket.
Attention:
- Only for the Slovak cellular networks.
- To order an M-Ticket it is necessary to provide a mobile telephone number with the country code for the Slovak Republic (+421)
- It is also necessary to know the type of mobile phone when ordering.
- The M-TICKET service is available only for selected events. If this option is allowed, it will be automatically offered to the user in the course of the purchase.
- TICKETPRO is not responsible for any difficulties caused by unauthorized copying of this ticket. The ticket must be kept in a safe place
- For the entire transaction, the amount of 0,66 Eur is charged for delivery via M-Ticket
4. RESERVATION
Reservation of tickets can be made on the Internet, or at the e-mail address ticket@eticketpro.sk. Reservation by phone cannot be made. Reservation is valid for 1 day only. The reservation fee is 0,33 Eur. After completing the reservation, please check all the data on the confirmation report; later complaints will not be dealt with. You can collect the booked tickets in all Ticketpro selling points upon presentation of the reservation number. It is important to know the reservation number for collecting the tickets; the booked tickets cannot be provided without the number. Reservation cannot be extended. Each client can have only one active reservation.
NOTICE
The operator reserves the right to cancel or change the offered discounts in the Ticketpro network at any time, without giving a reason.
Guarantee Claim Guidelines of Ticketpro, s. r. o.
- These Guarantee claim guidelines apply to any claim regarding tickets purchased through the Ticketpro, s. r. o. sales network. The Ticketpro, s. r. o. sales network consists of the on-line connected sale outlets (i.e. sale outlets of the company Ticketpro, s. r. o. and sale outlets of contractual partners of Ticketpro, s. r. o.), of the call centre of Ticketpro, s. r. o. and of the website of Ticketpro, s. r. o. providing on-line sales.
- The payment for admission is not refundable unless expressly stated otherwise herein.
- Purchased tickets may not be exchanged.
- Ticketpro, s. r. o. is not the organizer of individual cultural, social, sporting or other events (hereinafter the "event") for which the tickets are sold and bears no responsibility for any such event taking or not taking place, for any alteration regarding such events or their dates, for the running of such events, for any circumstances arising within such events or for anything originating from such events. It accepts no responsibility for any damage or injury incurred by customers or third persons in relation to such events. It will especially not be liable for any expenses incurred by customers in relation to such events and their alteration, cancellation or conduct. All and any claims must always be forwarded to the relevant event organizer. In the case of the complete cancellation of an event the paid admission will be returned as stated below.
- In the case of complete cancellation Ticketpro, s. r. o. will send a written notice to the customers who provided their contact information (e-mail, mailing address, fax etc.) that the event is cancelled. Ticketpro, s. r. o.. shall not be held liable if the notice is not delivered because it is impossible to inform the customer in the given way or if the notice of cancellation is delivered with a delay not accountable to Ticketpro, s. r. o.
- Should any event be completely cancelled, the admission already paid will be refunded, via the relevant credit card or the bank account from which the ticket was paid, to the customers who paid for the ticket within the Ticketpro, s. r. o., sales network provided that the ticket has not yet been collected by the customers or sent to them by Ticketpro, s. r. o.
- Should any event be completely cancelled, the admission already paid will be refunded to the customers who paid for a ticket within the Ticketpro, s. r. o. sales network and collected such ticket or received it by mail or otherwise, as follows:
a) if the ticket was bought at a sales outlet of the Ticketpro, s. r. o. sales network, the payment for admission will be refunded to the customers if they go to the outlet where they had bought the ticket or any sale outlet of the company Ticketpro, s. r. o. sales network without unreasonable delay. Ticketpro, s. r. o. is not liable for any tickets bought outside the Ticketpro, s. r. o. sales network. The Ticketpro, s. r. o. sales network will not refund any payment for such tickets.
b) if the ticket was bought on the website of Ticketpro, s. r. o. via the Ticketpro, s. r. o., Business Department or using the cash on delivery service of Ticketpro, s. r. o. the customer will send the ticket without unreasonable delay by mail to the address of Ticketpro, s. r. o. stated in point 9 below or to one of the sales outlets of the company Ticketpro, s. r. o. Tickets paid by an invoice or from employee's credit are accepted to the complaints procedure at the sales outlets of the company Ticketpro, s. r. o. and will be handed over to the Business Department of Ticketpro, s. r. o. to be processed within 3 days from the date of receipt at the Complaints Department of the Business Department. Upon delivery of the tickets to the address of the company Ticketpro, s. r. o. the customer will be refunded the paid amount via a paying-in slip or via a bank transfer in accordance with an explicit written instruction of the customer delivered to Ticketpro, s. r. o. In the case of ticket payment by invoice or from employees' credit, the admission fee will always be returned to the account of the buyer. - Any admission fee refunded pursuant to points 6 and 7 will not include the service charge marked on the front of the ticket as "S.P.2".
- Any inquiries and claims are to be sent without unreasonable delay to Ticketpro, s. r. o. (e-mail: ticket@eticketpro.sk, T: +421 2 5262 1849, F: +421 2 5262 1843, mailing address: Ticketpro, s. r. o.., Obchodná 19, 811 06 Bratislava).
Ticketpro, s. r. o. will forward any claims pursuant to point 4 to the event organizer for comments and the customers will be notified accordingly within 30 days following the receipt of the claim. Should the customers intend to put the claim forward directly to the organizer, Ticketpro, s. r. o. will provide them with the organizer's contact information.
Regarding any claims pursuant to points 6 and 7, in case they are delivered to the address of the company Ticketpro, s. r. o. or if they are paid by an invoice or from employee's credit, Ticketpro, s. r. o. will deal with the customers directly.
